After returning from Australia, Bob attended and graduated Cum Laude from the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school Bob received the Book Award for his achievement in an advanced Torts class, an award largely predicated on Bob’s research and analysis of the Tortious Interference with Estate Planning cause of action.

Bob currently represents a number of public and private clients and serves them in a transactional and litigation capacity on legal matters involving real property, trusts, estate planning, probate and business matters. Bob holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, ranking him at the highest level of professional excellence. Bob is included in Florida Trend’s prestigious Legal Elite publication for 2022.

Bob served as Chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar for 2021-2022. Bob has also Past President of the Highlands County Bar Association.

Bob was appointed by Governor Scott to the Tenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and has served as its Chair.

Bob has spent over a decade as an Attorney Advisor for the Highlands County Teen Court and serves as Personnel Committee Chair of First Baptist Sebring. Bob has served as the President of the Sebring Firemen, Inc. service organization, whose mission is to support youth athletics financially and through service projects. He served on the United Way of Central Florida Advisory Board for Highlands County and was a director and coach of the TriPower Central Florida Youth Triathlon Team. Bob is also an Eagle Scout and has volunteered as the Den Leader for the Tiger and Wolf Dens for Pack 846 of the Sebring Cub Scouts.

Additionally, for his dedication of teaching children right from wrong and the consequences of violating the law, Bob was awarded the Judge Clifton M. Kelley Award from the Highlands County Bar Association for his commitment to character and legal education.

In his spare time, Bob spends his time with his wife, Jody, and their three children, Madeline, Luke, and Jake.

Bob is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.
